It seems KS Hotels Limited changed their name to Kro Hotels Leigh Limited, then all the Directors left, and it changed its name again and now has a new set of Directors. Wonder if the new directors were made aware of what happened because, unfortunately for them, a change of name and directorship does not negate the actions of the company while it was under a different name.
Not only did the old Director concerned do a 'runner', but he left the Deputy General Manager to take all the flak when this finally comes around to being dealt with; yes the Deputy GM who mislead the court is still employed at the hotel. When the time comes, the police are not going to waste manpower looking for the previous GM and Director, not when they know exactly were the Deputy GM is and have him on a plate.

Not only did KS Hotels Ltd t/a Holiday Inn Express Leigh - Sports Village breach the Employee Handbook, and breach the Employee Contract, and breach Employment Law to dismiss an employee, it now turns out they also breached the Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) when they sanctioned the employee by using his personal correspondence as evidence against him, in particular Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) which provides a right to respect for one's "private and family life, his home and his correspondence!!!
