Update 2

When Peninsula authenticated the screenshots in our other blog (over at https://behindpeninsula.blogspot.com ) they inadvertently confirmed that KS Hotels Ltd t/a Holiday Inn Express Leigh – Sports Village had lied in their written witness statements to the Employment Tribunal, and had lied in their verbal evidence as well.

The question now is; will KS Hotels Ltd  (or whatever they call themselves these days) let Peninsula take all the blame, or will they admit their part in this?

Only time will tell!

Update 1

If you've been following our other blog over at https://behindpeninsula.blogspot.com, you will know that the Employment Law Consultancy firm who represented Holiday Inn Express Leigh - Sports Village at the Employment Tribunal have denied any wrong doing, threatened legal action, but as yet have failed to take any legal action in 12 months. In our opinion, the only thing holding them back from starting legal proceedings is the fact they know any action would fail because the information in the blog is true - can't be defamation if it's true.

Likewise, KS Hotels Ltd, who were trading as Holiday Inn Express Leigh - Sports Village, have not started any legal action against this blog for defamation; make of that what you will.

Tick tock tick tock...the clock is counting down!

It seems KS Hotels Limited changed their name to Kro Hotels Leigh Limited, then all the Directors left, and it changed its name again and now has a new set of Directors. Wonder if the new directors were made aware of what happened because, unfortunately for them, a change of name and directorship does not negate the actions of the company while it was under a different name.

Not only did the old Director concerned do a 'runner', but he left the Deputy General Manager to take all the flak when this finally comes around to being dealt with; yes the Deputy GM who mislead the court is still employed at the hotel. When the time comes, the police are not going to waste manpower looking for the previous GM and Director, not when they know exactly were the Deputy GM is and have him on a plate.

Yet another breach by KS Hotels Ltd t/a Holiday Inn Express Leigh - Sports Village

Not only did KS Hotels Ltd t/a Holiday Inn Express Leigh - Sports Village breach the Employee Handbook, and breach the Employee Contract, and breach Employment Law to dismiss an employee, it now turns out they also breached the Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) when they sanctioned the employee by using his personal correspondence as evidence against him, in particular Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) which provides a right to respect for one's "private and family life, his home and his correspondence!!!

Peninsula blog almost ready to publish!

The only question now is...do i publish all in one go or drip feed it?! I will decide that when I put it online!!!

They cant stop the TRUTH from being published!!

Look at that! This page is still here after well over a year and the people named are fully aware of it. Just shows that no matter how much they dont like the truth being published...they cant stop it from being published!!!!
